Page's patterns are in DXF format for use
on a variety of machines.

Each set of patterns is zipped into one file.
Filling the background of patchwork blocks just couldn't be easier!
Click corner to corner around and through the patchwork
to set the patterns into place.

Each set of background patterns contains 14 different shapes and sizes:
4", 2" and 1" blocks, clicked on the side, or diagonally
4" and 2" triangles clicked both ways, plus a "peaky" triangle
and a quarter square triangle.
Rectangles 2" x 4" can be clicked along the short side or the long side.


Step-by-Step Process
Use P2P to place patterns in their corresponding place in a patchwork block.
Be sure that the start and end points of the patterns are adjacent
to the next patch to be filled.
Turn on the blue handles (F11) and the Endsnap function.
Snap the ends together and then set the sewing order with F8.
Patterns should sew continuously around the block.
Center squares or other isolated areas will sew in the order they were
placed.

Kaleidoscope block with Flames

Because the Kaleidoscope triangle is a slightly different  shape from
the Peaky triangle in the set, I used these steps:
1. Use P2P to set the pattern into place
2. Use F9 handles to adjust the height to fit the space
3. Export the new triangle pattern to .csq
4. Use the adjusted pattern to fill each space P2P
